Subliminal Messages
Subliminal messages have been around for decades. And they’ve often been controversial. The U.S. Government actually banned subliminal messages in 1974.
Even though advertisers have given subliminal messages a bad name by using them to trick people into buying everything from popcorn to soft drinks, subliminal messages aren’t bad. In fact, subliminal messages can be an excellent self help depression treatment tool.
So what are subliminal messages?
Subliminal means “below the threshold of consciousness.” Subliminal messages are communication sent directly to the subconscious mind.
The subconscious mind is a great place to send positive messages. Why? Because the subconscious mind is the part of your brain that controls your actions. You thought you were in control? Ha!
A man named Dr James Vicary conducted the most famous experiment with subliminal messages several decades ago. He flashed the words “I want popcorn” and “Drink more coke” in front of a movie audience for just 100-milliseconds. Nobody officially “saw” the messages because they were there for such a short time they weren’t discernable by the conscious mind. Even so, popcorn sales shot up 57.8% and coke sales increased 18.1%.
You can receive subliminal messages in two ways. You can see them. You can hear them. Studies have shown that visual subliminal messages are far more effective.
Although I’d heard about subliminal messages and I had used subliminal CDs to help with weight loss, I’d never used a visual subliminal program before this year. Nor had I used subliminal messages for depression treatment.
Subliminal Software
Subliminal software? What’s that and what does it have to do with your clinical depression or bipolar depression. How could subliminal software help you with depression symptoms?
Subliminal software is software that flashes subliminal messages on your computer screen. The messages flit on and off all the time on your computer. No matter what you’re doing on the computer, the messages will be flashing. You might notice them occasionally, but for the most part, you won’t.
I discovered subliminal software this year, and I’ve been truly amazed at its impact on my depression symptoms. Even though I was skeptical when I bought the program, I figured since it had a guarantee, I couldn’t lose. I downloaded it quickly, had it going within ten minutes, and then I just let it run.
When I first started with the software, I was experiencing severe situational depression that resulted from my husband’s health issues and our financial situation. I’d fallen out of the habit of doing much of my usual self help self care, and I was paying the price. The subliminal software kicked me out of my depression.

Subliminal messages work well on depression because, as I said, they communicate with the subconscious mind. Subconscious thoughts and beliefs are often at the core of many depression symptoms. Convince the subconscious mind that life is great, and your conscious mind will follow along.
If you have any doubts about the effectiveness of subliminal messages—get this: Tiger Woods and Steven Spielberg both use subliminal programming to help them achieve their goals. Impressive, huh?
If you want powerful, EASY self help depression treatment, you need to start filling your subconscious with subliminal messages. |
